Applications.

It is used as a releasing agent on the tortilla heating surface, or as a releasing agent of other products which are meant to be in contact with food. The SI-50GA is a safe product (NSF 3-H and Kosher certified) as long as safety and hygiene recommended measures are followed.

Usage instructions.

This product is designed to work in a 1 to 7, or even in a 1 to 9 dilution, however We suggest finding the best dilution according to your specific requirements. I.E., speed of your machine, and or thickness of your product.
It is important to pay special attention while diluting SI-50GA MR to avoid any kind of contamination (sterilized or fully clean containers).
Once ready, you can apply the product direct to the heating surface or heating band with an atomizer or brush. For best results, it is recommended to apply before the heating band gets hot.
