Applications.

It is used as a releasing agent on the tortilla heating surface, or as a releasing agent of other products which are meant to be in contact with food. The SI-RTU is a safe product (NSF 3H and Kosher certified) as long as safety and hygiene recommended measures are followed.

Usage instructions.

Emulsion SI-RTU stands for Ready To Use, you can apply the product direct to the heating surface or heating band with an atomizer or brush. For best results, it is recommended to apply before the heating band gets hot.
The SI-RTU emulsion offers superior performance compared to most ready-to-use products on the market, with a concentration ranging from 9% to 11%. Due to its concentration, it is important to evaluate its application to avoid product waste.
